Based in Stockholm, Sweden, he brings a wide array of knowledge and experience to the Dylan Team. Deryck was born in British Guyana , raised in New York and has lived and worked in Maryland , Washington DC, UK, Denmark, Spain and now Sweden.


Deryck began his professional career as an Engineer before acquiring his MBA from the George Washington University in Washington DC and then entering into business. He joined Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine in 1999 at the Corporate headquarters in Bristol, England. He soon moved to the Nordic Region as Commercial Manager for the Nordic & Baltic area. Shortly thereafter Deryck was appointed Finance and Operations Director for the Nordic, Baltic, Russia & CIS cluster within the AD group. Deryckʼs strengths lies in creating commercially focused finance and operations structures to drive the development and growth of premium brands.


In addition to supporting the Dylan team, Deryck is also involved with a leading distributor of mobile phone and telecoms services in Sweden.
